time: 6:00 am club penguin time (the clock at the snow forts)
where: Tundra server, at the cove
Rules
Where your oldest or rarest items.
Wear your old item even if its ugly or a nonmember item
dress up with your first pin and background.
Please wear your oldest body item,foot item,neck item,face item,hand item and color.
Please dress up in your rarest of everything
Why? Cause its a rare penguin party and show everybody how rare you are!!!
